About Guy Le Saige de La Villèsbrunne
The Origin Story
05
Who is Guy Le Saige de La Villèsbrunne?
He is French, his last name is a mouthful even for his fellow countrymen and his name is pronounced [gee]. However, with 17 years of corporate leadership, Guy (remember, pronounced [gee]) built a career on high-stakes negotiations, client success, and marketing strategy. Now, as a prestige property expert, he helps homeowners in Thames Valley maximise their home’s value, attract the right buyers, and achieve seamless, high-end property sales with a strategic, marketing-led approach.

A Moment of Realisation
I remember the moment I realised I needed a change. After 17 years in the corporate world—leading high-stakes negotiations, building long-term relationships, and putting clients first—I felt like I had mastered the game. My last role as Head of Customer Success had become a well-oiled machine. It was a great career, but something was missing.

The Entrepreneurial Spark
I’ve always been entrepreneurial. At 20, while studying at university, I launched my first business—a guitar school. I registered the business, ran the marketing, and built up five students a week. It wasn’t just about making money; it was about proving to myself that I could create something of value. That business funded my first car, and even though I had to close it when I moved to Spain, I never lost the thrill of building something from the ground up.

The Billionaire Week
We moved for work from France to the UK, home to some of the world’s greatest automotive brands. My venture into this industry took me from volunteering to being a supercar broker. I remember the thrill of having found a buyer for a £2m Ferrari Enzo Ferrari in just 2 weeks time.
That small foot in the door led to something much bigger. I started working with Salon Privé, one of the top three Concours d’Élégance in the world—an event known as “The Finest Garden Party in the UK,” held at Blenheim Palace. For a week every year, I was engaging with VIPs, celebrities, and successful entrepreneurs—what I used to call my billionaire week. That experience changed my perspective entirely.

A New Perspective on Luxury
I then met Stuart Shield, founder of the International Property Awards—one of the most prestigious recognitions in luxury real estate. Working alongside Stuart gave me a deep appreciation for high-value assets, from multi-million-pound homes to classic and supercars.
Surrounded by visionary entrepreneurs like Andrew and David Bagley (Salon Privé) and Stuart Shield, I realised that my future wasn’t in the corporate world—it was in building something of my own.
